I recently had knee replacement surgery. I decided to do my physical therapy at Capitol Physical Therapy in Verona because it would be convenient. I am so glad I made that decision. Nash made me feel comfortable right away. He is very knowledgeable and has a calm, encouraging manner. I was thrilled with the success…

Julie and Jessica were invaluable in my breast cancer recovery. After a long recovery from a mastectomy, chemo, radiation, and reconstructive surgery with implants, I still suffered from pain in my ribs below my breast and pain in my breast area from radiation. The Breast Center at UW Hospital was incredible during the implant surgery…

From the first time I met Julie and Jessica, it was clear that concern for my total care was their priority. This included both the physical and mental challenges of breast cancer recovery. Upon learning of their focus on all aspects of this targeted program, I knew I was in the right place and on…

After a double mastectomy and breast reconstruction which required muscle to be removed from my back and brought to my chest, I didn’t want anyone touching me. My chest felt weird, I was in a lot of pain, and I was tired of doctor appointments. But I also felt very weak and knew I needed…

We rate Capitol Physical Therapy a 10; we are extremely happy! After having received excellent PT in the past, we had no doubt this was the only place we would trust with our son’s recovery. The warm, welcoming environment makes it a comfortable place to receive therapy. This puts him at ease allowing for the…

Meet the Staff
Jordan is the Clinic Director at our Waunakee location.
As a former high school football and track & field athlete, I endured various injuries that ignited my passion and admiration for physical therapy. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Biology from University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Upon completing my undergraduate degree, I traveled to Phoenix, Arizona, where I was able to pursue my physical therapy dream and earn my Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Midwestern University.
I enjoy treating general orthopaedic and neuromuscular conditions and take special interest in shoulder and low back pathologies and providing a manual therapy focused, hands-on approach.
I take pride in providing quality, evidence-based care with a patient-centered focus. In my spare time, I love playing and watching sports with friends, kayaking, fishing, and exploring everything Madison has to offer.
I joined the Capitol PT team because taking a position here allowed me to combine a few of my passions. I am able treat patients, manage staff, and have the support and flexibility to enjoy my position as the Federal Government Affairs Liaison with the American Physical Therapy Association. My training was local, including both my Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy and an advanced Orthopedic Residency from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
I treat head-to-toe aches and pains, as well as balance dysfunction in older adults. For specialty areas, I also treat pelvic floor conditions, vestibular issues, TMD (temporomandibular joint dysfunction), and chronic pain.
Outside of work I can be found spending time outdoors with my husband, son and Vizsla puppy, Stella. I have a passion for distance running, including marathons and 50Ks. I also enjoy ultimate Frisbee, hiking, yoga, snowshoeing.
I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Northern Illinois University in Dekalb, IL. Prior to this, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science from Augustana College in Rock Island, IL.
I specialize in orthopedics, pre-and post-surgical conditions, vestibular dysfunction, women’s health conditions and work-related injuries. My treatment approach empowers patients to take control of their health through a multidisciplinary approach of education, manual therapy, and active participation. I have a passion for treating athletes, weekend warriors, and women’s health populations. My passion for treating the active population comes from experiencing my own athletic injuries throughout the years.
I am passionate about treating the women’s health population. Most women are often unaware that physical therapy can treat their diagnoses. After treating these women during my clinical rotations, I knew this was the area I would continue my practice. I specialize in treating prenatal and post-partum conditions, post-surgical issues, pelvic floor dysfunction and pain, and incontinence. I believe in empowering women to understand their bodies and take charge of their health and wellness.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband, Derrick, taking long walks with my Goldendoodle, Jack, or participating in adult league sports.
Becca earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science followed by a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Carroll University. She has a strong passion for helping patients achieve their goals. Becca feels physical therapy should be both fun and functional. Her special interests in PT include Orthopedics, Vestibular Rehabilitation, Pain Neuroscience, and Women’s Health.
Outside of the clinic, Becca enjoys teaching yoga, adventuring outside, exploring local restaurants, and spending quality time with family and friends.
