COMMITMENT TO EDUCATION
Becoming a master clinician through Confluent Health is a bilateral commitment. We invest in your development through mentorship and professional education courses along your professional journey. We fund both your participation in the program and the certification examination. In turn, you commit to participate in a mentorship and training program to become eligible for board certification. These programs are done with the national leader in post-professionall training, Evidence In Motion (EIM), also part of Confluent Health. All new employees are assigned a mentor for the first 6 months of employment and are assisted in creating a professional development plan within 30 days of hire. At the initiation of your professional certification, residency, or Fellowship program, an additional agreement with a service commitment will be completed. As you become more specialized your compensation grows, through our Academy of Clinical Excellence Program (ACE). Our commitment in education has led to Confluent Health having more board-certified therapists than any other PT company in the United States, so you will be learning from the best in the business.

Yes, for full time Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Language Pathologists, and Athletic Trainers who have a masters degree with one of our Confluent Health partner companies, Capitol Physical Therapy will match 50% up to $1,300 per year until you reach two years of service and then it increases to $1,500 per year. Our industry-leading student loan match is non-taxable up to the IRS maximum allowed and paid direct to the loan institute.
Yes, Confluent Health matches dollar for dollar up to 4% of your eligible compensation.
Confluent Health offers three medical plans to choose from based on your personal needs - one High Deductible Plan, and two PPO plans. On the two PPO medical plans, Confluent Health has free Physical Therapy visits - an industry leading benefit! The High Deductible plan has a Health Savings Account component for you to save money pre-tax. If you enroll in a HSA, the company matches set amounts based on individual and family plans. A HSA can be used to pay for prescriptions, doctor's visits, dental and vision expenses. For residents in California, benefits eligible employees are offered two HMO options through Kaiser.

Confluent Health Family utilizes CHEF, Confluent Health Employee Foundation, was started to provide resources to all active employees in crisis situations, including but not limited to death, fire, natural disaster, illness, personal injury, emergency, other financial hardships. CHEF is fully funded by Confluent Health employees to support other employees in times of need. EAP (Employee Assistance Program) is a confidential resource that helps you deal with life's challenges and the demands that come with balancing home and work. Through this benefit, you are eligeble for confidential, professional referrals and up to five (5) sessions of face-to-face counseling sessions for a wide variety of concerns.

PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
With our commitment to excellence and continual learning, you will benefit from our robust professional development program and benefits. All new employees are assigned a mentor for the first 6 months of employment and are assisted in creating a professional development plan within 30-days of hire.
You will benefit from a variety of educational offerings to expand your clinical and business acumen including but not limited to development courses, certifications and a 12-18-month Residency Program for eligible physical therapists. Completion of these programs is one way to help prepare you to take the exam for Specialist Certification sponsored by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Many of our educational programs are subsidized by Confluent Health while others are discounted significantly.
Financial assistance can be provided and enrollment in any professional development program is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable program.
