I have been seeing Ellie Baily for the past 9 months due to severe leg, hip, and back pain that I’ve had for over 7 years now and WOW is Ellie amazing! Ellie is a great listener and took the time to really understand all of my pain. She also introduced dry needling to me during our sessions which made a world of difference. She had me do different exercises to really target the pain and help stretch out and relax my tight muscles. A few months in my leg and hip pain were gone! I honestly never knew I could feel that pain relief. Ellie worked with me to tailor the exercises if something hurt or felt like it wasn’t doing anything and we found a set of exercises that helped relax but also strengthen some of my weaker muscles. She also observed my exercises forms and noticed how I was squatting incorrectly and that correction helped relieve my back pain. It has felt incredible to experience pain relief and I credit that all to Ellie. I highly recommend her as a physical therapist and have already mentioned her to all my friends and family who have been experiencing any sort of body pain. Ellie is knowledgeable and caring and has been such a pleasure to work with. I will truly miss my sessions with her!

I started pelvic floor PT with Nicole Van Beek back in late December of 2022. I continued seeing her almost every week until today: my last day! I have made SO much progress in these last 3 months, and I have Nicole to thank for that. She always made me feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire process, and always prioritized my comfort and consent before doing any internal work ❤️ She was easy to talk to, incredibly kind, and was a calming presence during a PT process that’s a bit more unique. She gave me a great exercise/stretching program to work on throughout each week, and would adjust it according to my progress each Monday when I saw her. She gave me the tools and knowledge to succeed, and now I’ve progressed enough to continue on my own 😄 I never thought I would get here, especially so quickly. Nicole said I’m welcome to come back to PT any time, and I would gladly see Nicole again if I ever felt the need to do so. Thank you Nicole!

My primary care physician had recommended Capital Physical Therapy (Mount Horeb) and I am SO happy he did! I had been having severe ankle pain for weeks and working with Garret has helped so much. He’s compassionate, friendly, doesn’t rush and listens. I am very happy with the care I’m receiving and would definitely recommend to family and friends.

I see Dr. Garret Rogstad at the Mount Horeb clinic. He is an amazing Physical Therapist. He is very knowledgeable and has helped to alleviate my symptoms. In addition, he is compassionate, caring, and personable. The Care Coordinator, Vicki, is personable and friendly; she has been extremely helpful in answering my questions and arranging appointments.
They seem to really care about the well-being of all their patients and do their best to help everyone feel comfortable and at ease. Feels like family! The facility is clean and well-equipped with everything they need to perform quality services. I highly recommend the Mount Horeb Capitol Physical Therapy facility to anyone seeking physical therapy! :)

I've had a very positive journey at Capitol Physical Therapy in Sun Prairie after a painful injury. Sam started me onto the road of recovery with massage and exercises aimed to help me gain strength. Ryan has added to my general well-being with even more exercises to get mobility back. There is a family feel to the group that I appreciate. They are wonderful people that care about my health. This was my first experience with physical therapy. I could not be happier with Ryan Olson (and all staff at Sun Prairie Capitol Physical Therapy). Ryan practices active listening, takes time to explain the "why", and applies varying approaches/methods to obtain optimal results. The facility is clean and professional. Friendly staff enhance the visits.

My daughter was treated for immobilizing back pain at Capital Therapy in Sun Prairie. Due to her excellent experience there, she insisted I go there for a chronic pain flare-up. Ryan was my physical therapist. He truly cares about his patients and helped me develop a positive mindset of strength as part of working to feel better.
Their administrative person, Polly, is so friendly and caring and was able to schedule appointments around my limited availability. I really appreciate the work everyone there did and will go back there the next time I need therapy.

Great staff all around from Polly the receptionist to interns & the physical therapist Ryan & Katherine.
I worked with Ryan & he was amazing with what I needed to do & answering all my questions.
I worked with Katherine once & the experience was great!

If you have any kind of physical need capital therapy is the place to go!
