I was originally introduced to physical therapy as a young soccer player and downhill skier. Through ACL injury prevention programs and enduring hip injuries myself, I developed an interest in physical therapy. I went on to the UW-Madison, where I completed a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
I take a comprehensive approach to patient care, incorporating the whole body versus just the injured body part. I rely on the most recent research to guide my treatments with manual (hands-on) therapy techniques, exercise, and education.
I have a specific passion for treating orthopedic injuries, adolescent sports injuries, and I love a challenge! I have been involved with soccer as a coach, Athletic Trainer, and player myself. Outside of work, I can be found cheering on the Badgers, enjoying the outdoors, playing soccer, and relaxing with friends and family.
